I'm trying to make a new white themed PC, I will change the monitor in the future.

Any suggestions to drop the price will be appreciated.

Note: I would like to do SLI in the future so keep that in mind.

EDIT:   The only modding I will do is painting the radiator

To save some money, I would say ditch the Kraken X62 for another AIO.  It is good, but not worth the asking price imho given it is only about 1c better than the Corsair H100i V2 when you use balanced mode around 1500rpm.  It is better in silent mode though, but that is likely due to having better fans.  Unless the RGB means that much to you...plus it does have 1 year longer warranty.  But considering it is generally $50 bucks more than competing AIOs...not sure it is really priced right.  Other than that..nothing wrong with that build at all to me...except you can likely find a good Gold Rated PSU for the same price.

Fractal Design Define C | Intel Core i7 7700k | Corsair H100i V2 | Gigabyte Z270X Gaming 7 | Seasonic Prime 750 | MSI GTX 1080 Gaming X
16gb G.Skill Trident Z | Samsung 960 Evo NVMe 500gb | Razer Black Widow Chroma | Razer Death Adder Chroma | Razer Firefly | Dell U2515H

I have $1200 but I will buy the parts in around 1-2 months when I travel to the USS so I can save a $100-$200 if it makes a huge difference

7600k's don't really need an AIO.  If you want one, fine...but a Dark Rock Pro 3 or a Cryorig H5 Ultimate or Universal will work just fine...and that is $100 right there alone.

So it doesn't make a huge difference in OV ?

OC you mean?  Either the Dark Rock Pro 3 or Cryorig H5 will be adequate.  I actually used an H5A Universal (still have it actually)...and I was able to OC a 6600k to 4.8ghz just fine with it...but ultimately settled on 4.6ghz for daily use.  If you want an AIO water cooler, then fine...get what you want and feel most comfortable with, but 7600k's don't run as hot as 7700k chips so they are not mandatory.  Just do some more research in to it and see how you feel about it.

or, if you trust yourself, diy cooling.
