Are these laptops worth the trouble?

My work has 6 display laptops that have been and i talked with a manager and she is willing to give me a good price on them all. $150 for all 6,so about $25 each.

 

I an thinking of picking them up after my income tax comes in,but they do have some problem.

 

I plan to keep the first 2 i list off below,the rest i am thinking of fixing selling for a profit if it is worth it.

 

1.Alienware M14x

That is an average of $64.25 per laptop.

 

 

 

What do you guys think?  Could i mabye make enough profit on the last 4 for it to be worth it?

The alienware one is definitely worth it, not sure for the rest. Could probably make quite a few $ on them too.

Well the alienware will be for me,the second laptop will be for my sister who only plays DDO and the sims 3 and web surfs a lot.

The Alienware would be worth quite a bit after fixing it. 

Wouldn't bother for 3,4,5 but the rest are profitable.

You can definitely make some money on them. Not sure if you'll get the cost of the spare parts out of it though, might be better to just sell them on eBay as is.

Could also probably swap the 1366x768 panel in the AW14 for 1920x1080. I've seen what should be compatible IPS panels going for underr $50 on eBay.
