Which CPU

Ive been recommended the i7 7700k but i think i should use the i7 6700k bearing in mind that i will be building this pc at the end of this year. thanks for any comments.

I'd still build with a 7700K and a Z170. the price difference is negligible.

Z170 only if the BIOS is already updated or can by updated with USB without need of compatible CPU first.

add cablemods, a 2 nzxt aer kit with the hub and you'll be golden - don't know about the 650 watt psu - if you aren't going to be doing sli or crossfire, there's no need for that
