Z170 only if the BIOS is already updated or can by updated with USB without need of compatible CPU first.

add cablemods, a 2 nzxt aer kit with the hub and you'll be golden - don't know about the 650 watt psu - if you aren't going to be doing sli or crossfire, there's no need for that
