Here is what you need to know, clock speed doesn't matter. It matters when comparing same cards (e.g diffrenet 1060). you are comparing 1060 and 480.

To get it straight 480 8gb better then 1060 6gb 480 4gb better the 10560 3gb

My life

i have a 500B and it didn't explode. i mean as long as the quality is decent, i'd go for modularity tbh

Maybe MX300 as it is better value? Surely there are cheaper PSU that can do good. For that price I would get EVGA GQ 650w TIER 2 for like 2 more dollars?

No don't get that GPU. It is known widely as bad. No need for a Thermal Paste too

MSI board - good, but you need a 6700 not a 7700 since some boards need updating to run Kaby Lake chips

But you said you lived in Canada and that's a build from US PCPartPicker.

For a couple more $, get an EVGA G2 550W PSU, it's slightly better.

Why the BWChroma? Razer crap is well.. crap. Get a K70 by Corsair.

AMD have stepped up their game with drivers and overall the RX 480 8GB is better than the 1060 6GB.

Will I notice the performance increase of an i7 6th gen vs a i5 7th gen? Can I not just update the mother board?

I think the razer keyboard is cheaper, that is why I picked it.

I have changed the build to include a 480 instead

the 480 is better than 1060 in dx 12 and vulkin and par with the 1060 in dx11, it has better drivers and more support.

1) you do not need thermal paste, the stock heatsink comes with one.

2) 500GB of storage space won't last long, and with the games it seems like you will play, you will need to get more storage.

3) if you go for node 202, it comes w/ a PSU too, the case & psu will equal with the node 202

4) go for rx 480? i think if you went for the node202, a blower style cooler will be better

GQ doesn't show up. Only BQ. Case size is really strange. Bad cooler on GPU.

node 202 should be decent, a cheap z170 board and a i7 6700k will go a long way especially if you are planning on using for a long time.

Haven't seen a review, but it came out around the time Fractal decided to stop selling bad PSUs (like the Integra R2)

We generally regard it as "fine, but no more info available"

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here
