That's not a bad price for a Kotetsu, nice

I would still personally take an H7, or for anyone that doesn't care about aesthetics, a Gammaxx 400.

We have a NEW and GLORIOUSER-ER-ER PSU Tier List Now. (dammit @LukeSavenije stop coming up with new ones)

You can check out the old one that gave joy to so many across the land here

Considering the original option was the NH-D15, a Pure Rock or Kotetsu wouldn't sacrifice much in the acoustics department. If noise isn't an issue, I'd second the Gammaxx 400 at $25.

Dark Pro 3 from be quiet! seems like great CPU cooler.

It does have huge heatsink so fans can also run at lower rpm ---> less noise.

And it can cool CPUs that are using up to 250W power. Your i5 won't go even near that usage, so more than enough cooling power.

Samsung EVO 960 M.2 250GB | Samsung EVO 860 PRO 512GB | 4x Be Quiet! Silent Wings 140mm fans

Any of the mentioned coolers would be plenty for a moderate oc. Depending on your chip and how quiet you prefer your system, 4.4ghz+ should be doable.

The DR3 is a bit quieter but is substantially more expensive than the similar performing Kotetsu.

That's true, but in my opinion Dark Rock 3 cooler looks better.

And I would do anything to get more silent PC.

But yes ... overall cooling performance is not that differend.

It also seems like the heatsink wouldn't clear the ram.
