what does Q1/Q2/Q3/Q4 on when something is releasing mean?

I'm looking at the Pentium g4560 and it says its release date is Q1'17. What the heck does that mean?

Q2 second quarter of the year, 3 months after the first 3 months (april, may, june)

Q3 third quarter of the year (july, august, september)

Q4 last 3 months (october, november, december)
