Could save some money on the RAM, fans and storage and in return getting an X99 system, but that'd work fine.

why would i get an x99 , it doesnt performs as good as z170 in games , i dont do rendering , video editing and all that

no real point in getting a 1tb ssd. You might want to change the fans out with something a little easier on the eyes, Noctuas kind of kill the look in a tempered glass build.

Kaby lake can overclock to 5GHz and more on water easily.

5% increased performance in games and high temp , im all good , im more interested in what you think about the gpu i picked , i dont know if this is the one that can really run quiet and cooler , im thinking that i should get either asus strix or gigabyte 1080 xtreme gaming , what do you think ?

Hey op if you havent gotten the gpu yet, if I may, I would suggest you get an rx 480 8gb (not the reference card) or two 1070s in sli (if you just feel like spending more), because a) a $200-$300 rx 480 is better than a 1080 in my opinion and b) 2 1070s outperform a 1080 or a rx 480 by a lot

Try using the PSU Tier List!

How to reset the bios/clear the cmos

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

Ram: 1x16gb DDR4, 2x8gb DDR4

Storage: 1tb nvme ssd

GPU: gtx 3080

Keyboard: ducky one I | I SF

Mouse: gpro wireless | glorious model o2 wireless

Either would be fine, but you're missing the huge bragging rights of saying you have a 5GHz 24/7 overclock :P Also, temps are roughly the same as Skylake, even when both are overclocked. You also get 4K Netflix with Kaby Lake xD

@hconverse02 How the fuck is an RX 480 better than a 1080!? Also, SLI has it's issues, and it's just better to get a single high end card.

I meant that a 480 at $200-$300 is better price for performance and you could sli 2 480s if you wanted

You mean better value, not better performance. Good luck running 1440p 60Hz with an RX 480, let along 1440p 165 Hz. Even a Titan XP is going to struggle to hit that.

i would rather pay 1k for 1 gpu than 600 for sli that can outperform the single gpu , due to many factors

how i see things:

switch PSU to corsair rm650X for 10$ more.

you're not trying to provide air for a wind tunnel, so scrap about 2-3 fans.

" well the issue is that i've heard Corsair Dominator Platinum's wouldnt compatible with the Noctua nh-d15 cooler , dont know what to do in this case"

since you bought both already, i would switch out the cooler for something more catchy NZXT kraken X62/X52.

for the GPU, i have a strix 1080 O8G, looks amazing, blends in with your mobo, but when it reaches 70-75 degrees (which it barely does) the fan noise can get noticable, but thats personal preference. i dont know the amp 1080 so i cant say anything about that
