Pentium D upgrading to KabyLake

Yorgos

Hey guys,
A friend of mine asked for help to upgrade his old pc and we came up with this build:
Intel Core i5-7400
Gigabyte GA-B250M-D2V

G.SKILL 8GB AEGIS DDR4-2400Mhz

XFX RX480 GTR 8GB (already bought)

The only thing I'm afraid of it's his old no brand mid tower case. Will it have the right holes for a mATX mobo?

Any opinions or suggestions?
