Well, my provider makes it to where we only pay $250 for it every 2 years we can get a new one. but they get there money some way or another mostly data.

This would make a lot more sense on the enthusiast end of it were referencing a graphics card/CPU and not the entire system. $650 is under budget for a gaming pc.
