Edit: also use some of that saving to add another 2x 8gb kit for 32GBDDR4 3000MHz RAM total.

16gb of ram are min. im planning to buy, but steel I might get 32 gb, cause Im planning to do some freelancing, so dont want to have any problemsso far. 

As I said, would like for my pc to be as quite as possible.
