What is the site called where you can find all the charts with fps scores and things like that?

Nah not that site, there is other site. Every time i see someone asking about GPU results someone puts like screenshot or photo of charts showing how that specific GPU compares to other GPUs. It's like for example RX470 versus RX480 and it shows like 100% for 470 and 110% for 480..
