If you want 5GHz, get the AsRock Z270 Extreme4 instead of the Pro4....

As I heard, 4,8GHz isn't any problem for that CPU.

5GHz is normal OC

Anything beyond that is just luck.

Not unless you're talking about trivial differences no one will notice. Overclocking potential (at least for Kaby Lake) really depends on the chip you happen to buy, and the quality of your cooling.

Bryan from Tech City was able to get a higher overclock using the Extreme4 vs the Gaming K6......

Motherboards do affect the overclocking potential. (But usually by no more than 100MHz)

Like I said: the differences are trivial. Perhaps you might see a 100 MHz difference, sometimes. But that's inconsequential even if you can get it.
