Go into Windows Display settings and see what resolution it is displaying it and if it is wrong, fix it

If you are using a TV, you need to change the picture size setting in the TV's settings menu. It is NOT a problem with the computer.

Can you see a HDMI Scaling option in that geforce panel? By default it will be 0, try turning it up until everything fits on screen.

Slight disclaimer - Ive never used a nvidia card so im not sure if they even have that option, but the Crimson software for amd does, so im assuming they will too :P

It is most likely this, but I have seen the exact same problem using the wrong resolution for the screen. I would use a resolution you know the TV supports (1080p) and see what happens first. If that does not work, then play with the scaling either on the computer or in the TV settings.

Yes, set the resolution first, but I've always found the scaling problem to be with the television.

Set the computer's resolution to the TV resolution then go into the TV settings and click something that says auto adjust or whatever.
