The 850 evo is a solid choice. The Crucial mx300 is also a good ssd and is a bit cheaper than the evo. Also, you get 25gb more with the crucial (275gb vs 250gb). There are better options like the 850 pro, but you'll need to pay more and I doubt you'll see any measurable performance difference in real life usage.
