Hey guy's,

Im from Germany and I just heard the best of you guy's!

I consider to build a pc which I will mainly use for gaming and streaming of the content (hopefully lasting the next couple of years) - furthermore some video-editing later on. I want a system that can handle gaming and streaming at the same time, without having issues or huge fps drops in games like CSGO, H1z1, Overwatch and upcoming games.

I hope you can help me pointing out what to get, since you guy's have better knowledge about this topic then me. Budget 2000 euro's, its around 2,1k USD.

Spec1:

Case: Corsair Carbide Air

CPU: i7-6800k 6x 3.40GHZ or i7-6850K 6x 3.60GHZ worth the 200Euros more? // or even an older i7-5820k 6x 3.30GHz?

MOBO: MSI x99A Gaming 7 // suggestions?

GPU: MSI 1070 Gaming X 8GB // or Asus 1070 Strix OC?

CPU-cooler: Noctua NH-D15

RAM: Corsair Veangeance LPX 3000 16GB DualChan (2x8)

SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB

Powersupl.: Bequiet 650W or better higher?

Spec2:

Case: Corsair Carbide Air

CPU:  i7-7700k 4x 4.20GHZ

MOBO: ASUS ROG Maximus IX Hero // On a i7-7700k, it needs to be a z270 board right? // better suggestion?

GPU: MSI 1070 Gaming X 8GB // or Asus 1080 Strix ?

CPU-cooler: Noctua NH-D15 //or Bequiet Dark Rock pro 3?

RAM: Corsair Veangeance LPX 3000 16GB DualChan (2x8)

SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB

Powersupl.: Bequiet 650W // better suggestion?

In forehand, thank you!

Best regards

6850k is not worth the xtra

7700k is not good as 6800k  in streaming, keep 6800k

get EVGA G2, G3, Corsair RM, RMx, RMi AX,HX for PSU

Good cooler. Asus Strix is cooler

7700k is overclockable to 5 GHz so if overclocking is an option that would be better

But it only has 16 PCI-E lanes compared to the 6800k's 28 pci-e lanes.

Good point. @itshardy, are you going to be using a wifi or capture card?

And the 6800K is overclockable to 4.2GHz. At 4.2GHz it has MUCH better multi core performance, which is needed for Streaming while Gaming....

If I get your question right, should all the content go out using OBS or Xplit. Isnt the capture for a double pc-setup or console content?

You can use it for both. It's mostly used for console.

I would swap that motherboard out for the AsRock X99 Extreme4, as it is much cheaper and offers similar features...

Is the i7-5820k still at option for the next years?

I haven't done any OC until now, but I consider doing - without maxing it (to afraid to damage the hardware) :S

PCPartPicker does not have a germany site but it should help you keep track of what you have left to buy. It is under your price range coming in at 1745 euros.

Also, the CPU cooler is really good and you should be able to get a great overclock out of it.

i think he was wondering if you need a wifi card/sound card/capture card or some other pice device because with the 7700k that will slow down you gpu.

It is a better choice as it is cheaper and performs almost EXACTLY like the 6800K.

BTW, Motherboards have some automatic overclocking settings you can use, if you want....
