Is the i7-5820k still at option for the next years?

I haven't done any OC until now, but I consider doing - without maxing it (to afraid to damage the hardware) :S

overclock.net is a great website with OC guides for that processor and people who can help you do it right for the OC. It is not as hard as you think as long as you take your time. Overclocking is something you take your time at. People who are in a rush are the ones who do something stupid and wreck hardware.

PCPartPicker does not have a germany site but it should help you keep track of what you have left to buy. It is under your price range coming in at 1745 euros.

Just looked at the list, you consider the Corsair LPX 2666 instead of the 3000 - isnt the 3000 faster and according to the setup a better solution? Im still new to all the specific stuff. :S

Ram speed doesn't matter that much in real world use as Linus once said multiple times. Still, If you want the 3000, anyway, I need to fix the part list really quick for ones that are in stock.

Same here :D

Overall the i7 6800k seems people's choice when it comes to gaming and streaming on a single pc setup. Online it says that the i7 6800k is getting to hot.. is that true? And would the Noctua D15 or a watercooling like Corsair H100i oder h115i be the best choice?

Oh, ok.

You would rather go for the i7 5820k instead? The price difference is about 20euro's for the i7 6800k.

You are choosing the 2666 memory aswell? :) these are 10-15 euro's more then the 3000 LPX.. any good reason why it should be the 2666 instead? :)

I wouldn't risk going with 3000MHz RAM... Not all CPUs can handle that. 2666 is a safer choice.

The 5820K is a better choice, as it overclocks better, so, when it gets old, you can overclock it and get much better performance :)

The nicest build I could make under your budget. If you want the corsair ram badly, it will get over your budget. Ram speed doesn't matter at all so you won't notice a difference between the speeds. Also, I put in the Kracken X61 because it is a great cooler and I put in a less expensive case because since you are water cooling, you don't need as much airflow but this will still give you plenty

This build might be best. Just swap out for a 6800k if you want but you won't need to.

This is the same list as his but with a better value. You can get the kracken x61 if you want but I would get the le grand macho
