Rpi motor control

When I ordered an l293d from Amazon it came like this, without the enable pins and the 2nd ground/negative pin for the rpi/battery pack.  How do I make this work?

turn the board over and find where the m1 & m2 pins connect to the IC

It was reversed without turning it upside down or anything.
