Will a i7 3770s bottleneck a thx 1070?

no I don't think so

The title really says it all I can't afford a non s and I would like to not have to upgrade my CPU for a couple of years. I have a gtx 1070 eggs sc. I would be playing bf1, CSGO, and ark survival

No. I have a 980ti which I assume would perform similarly to the 1070 and I see a <%5 diff between my 3770k and newer cpus
