It looks like a cheap low quality PSU. My friend got this for free and he offered me to use it till i get my Corsair CX450M.

It's 17 EU here, so it's probably trash and will blow up/catch fiere

I don't speak the language (Guessing Italian) but from what the page says:

Quote

Power supply single fan 12cm for personal computer

Power 500 W, input voltage 230 V, 50/60 HZ, main switch - overload, overvoltages, short circuit protection - specific outputs for P4 processor, temperature control, 20/24 pins connector, dimensions 150X140X85mm, weight 1,1 kg

Frequency: 50 Hz - Efficiency: 82 - Fan Type: Silent 12 - Connettori: 1x Floppy, 5x Molex, 1x 20/24 pin connector, 1x 12V 4pin connector, 1x SATA connector - Max Output: +3.3V - 26A +5V - 36A +12V1 - 24A -12V - 0.8A +5Vsb - 0.5A

It says it's optimized for a P4 processor. It also has a floppy drive connector.
It may be expensive because it's a "legacy" power supply. P4 probably means Pentium 4, and CDs came after floppy drives. CDs were mainstream in the early 2000's so it's basically a 20~+ year old power supply and that is the only reason I can guess for it being so expensive.

From a quick check on the german part picker

47 EU for the corsair unit
https://de.pcpartpicker.com/product/dnxfrH/corsair-power-supply-cx430

77 EU for the seasonic 520W S12II

Who's review is here, and it probably can't be beat in quality for the money
