there are usb ports on the system and i want to plug the cs reader in them (if possible) because i cant find any who plug into the motherboard of the system itself

Motherboard? Is that a pc? Can you link me the sound system? AFAIK USB ports are for storage devices like USB flash drive only.

i dont have the system name but there is a mobo insede (not a pc) and the mobo comect to the speaker and the cd reader

This thread is really poor with providing contextual information that's useful, but I'm ASSUMING he means some kind of amp system which also has a USB port allowing MP3s and maybe other audio files to be played off a flash drive.  That said, I don't believe that such a system is typically capable of playback of Compact Disc Digital Audio, it could MAYBE playback a Data CD full of MP3s the same way it would play back a flash drive, but I don't believe it could play back CDDA.

 

That said, the OP has presented little useful information on what the 'System' is and I may have guessed wrong entirely.
