How do i install missing usb drivers? win10

That's true - I was just thinking the case may be causing connection issues so the driver can't even be downloaded from the phone.

(I'm not 100% how this works - does it even download the driver from the phone? Surely it's a problem on the phone side?)

this problem only occurs on my pc, my brothers pc and parents works fine with this phone...

Install them via internet? Go to the website of your mobo manufacturer, search for yor mobo, download the usb drivers and install them.

It doesnt have any downloadable drivers for any of the OSs in that list.
