Hmm, hard to squeeze a really good psu in there then. A grey label cx450m or 550 variant would do you fine.

The S12ll is the same quality for about $20 less than the CXMs.
Also. If the OP can sell that 960 for about $50 he could get this for an upgrade. Which would make a huge difference over just upgrading the CPU

I am wanting to upgrade my pc from this  https://pcpartpicker.com/list/jWry8K to this https://pcpartpicker.com/list/yZFJBP. But i know 100% something in the upgraded isn't upgraded that should be. For example i don't know if i need to upgrade my hard drive since i'm switching from AMD to Intel. This is kinda troubleshooting my pc upgrades. If any of this makes sense to you please help me.

thx!

You can get the key for $40 on dealscube or Kinguin.

Get faster RAM if you can, even if it's 2400MHz.

PSU needs to be better, you can consult the PSU Whitelist and Tier List.

SSD?

It is always good to have faster RAM when you're gaming. As long as the price between the speeds isn't drastic for you, go for it. Many games like fast CPU calculations and RAM will speed up the process quite a bit for less stuttering.

You can keep your old drive and once you boot in, go to Device Manager; show hidden devices; and delete the ones you aren't using, i.e. AMD chipset and LAN.

I have no clue what a MIR is, I don't think we have them in the UK xD.

And true a deal is a deal, that's quite a good one too, it may end before OP gets chance to order though :P

Mail-In rebate. Its essentially a gimmick for sites to advertise products as cheaper than they really are since you get "Cash back" by sending in a little slip of paper you get. They do it based on the assumption 90% of people will never send the slip back.

$50? That's a fucking steal for a 960. $80-$90 easily.

Well $50 was the amount that the build was over budget so that was the mark I set for it.
