Ion Reservoir vs. Tube Pump Reservoir

I have the choice between two liquid cooling loops at the moment and the two option only differ in the Reservoir type. One is an ion Reservoir and the other is a Tube Pump combo Reservoir. Which one would be better? Also the pump will be a D5 pump on the tube. So also just to clarify I know nothing about watercooling I just want to build my first loop and it's either one of these or a cheap 100$ loop that is mounted outside of the case.

Both of the options you listed are great picks, if I were personally face with choosing one of them I would go with the "RayStorm Pro D5 Photon RX360 WaterCooling Kit".

Here's why:

1. A more flexible design.

2. 4 port rad.

I would opt for the 270mm instead of the 170mm reservoir.

Hit the Funny Button!    :D     The more you press it the funnier you get  :)

Go for the Photon D5 unit they have a much better pump than in the Ion units which is one of their mini pumps. Just a tip get yourself a large syringe with flex tube for filling the res, it has a cross in the middle that holds the light tube/rod so it can be annoying just trying to fill with a funnel.
