Noctua NF-A14 PWM and NF-A14 FLX - difference?

For the hub 3pin/FLX is best. Places for headers seem spacious to fit PWM too. But control will be only with 3 fans.

And could I still connect 4pin fans to the 3pin connectors on the hub aswell?

If they physically fit, yes. From pic it looks like they could fit. But without hub at hand, its hard to say for sure.

Also, you could get an SFX power supply, which will allow for a lot more room. However, very few of the Enthoo Evolv builds I've seen have blower-style cards in them.

This is the reason why I think a blower-fan card will be better.

 

So what are your thoughts? Enough space?

No, that doesn't look like a lot, especially if you use a regular ATX power supply. I'm willing to take @tmcclelland455's word for the temperature issue, but the Founders' Edition card will still be noisier.
