Asus DSL-N14U Firmware update . + some isue .

Hello guys and girls.

I would like to know about firmware updates for router .

At there page "https://www.asus.com/Networking/DSLN14U/HelpDesk_Download/" for this router they have several firmware updates and i would like to know do i need to apply all of them 1 by 1 or straight the latest one .

Also why i want to update Firmware is because now and then when no one is connected to router beside me and my girlfriend playing Lague of Legends we get this crazy lag spike for 30s - 2 min like 3 - 4 tiems in a row .

At this moment i cannot access routers admin console when i do the built in routers traffic manager shows usage at the lowest point .

Router is connected to phone line "DSL" and of course no one is calling at that point .
