Ability for users to delete him/herself's posts

If a user made a bad post, and want to delete it, it is really a hassle, because you can't delete it, and you have to tell a moderator to delete it.

Shouldn't a user have the ability to delete him/herself's posts?

me too lol. It's annoying not being able to remove posts but that's what the testing sub section is for...

Why is such hassle to report it? It doesn't add really anything to mods workload. They don't receive too much reports and handeling deletes/locks is few minutes job.

A major reason why we haven't done this already is that based on the number of reports that we get requesting topic removal, the majority of the topics that get removed would be because they are solved. We don't want topics being removed because they are solved, because they should remain to help other people with the same problem. 

We don't get many reports requesting topic/post removal, so it's really not a big deal for us to remove it if removal is necessary.
