FPS Problems in EVERY GAME

Nope, should be more or less a straight line...with maybe a dip occasionally due to a scene change or something.

I'd suggest something like upping your power limit or something but to be honest, I'm unsure and unfortunately it's almost 1am here so me iz gonna sleep...sorry

sounds like its overheating, and begins to throttle.  when was the last time you cleaned it?
