i3 6100 vs AMD A8 5600k

I couldn't find any comparisons between these two, but I was wondering how much of an improvement in games, if any, the i3 6100 would give me.  My current GPU is a GTX 950 and it sits at about around 50% usage while my current CPU (5600k) is at 100% usage.  Would an i3 6100 remove this bottlenecking in games like Arma 3?

HDD: Seagate Baracuda 2TB  SSD: Samsung 850 Evo 500GB/PNY 240GB  GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 970  PSU: EVGA G2 650W

Judging by the passmark scores, the upgrade you're suggesting might not help you all too much in Arma 3.

Not sure what settings they were running, so take the numbers in relative terms.

i have a a8 7650k and its terrible so i would go with i3
