All my shortcuts are missing help

All my shortcuts have disappeared how do I get them back looked on steam and all my games are still installed and turned PC off and on again but still no shortcuts?

Do you still have the Recycle Bin Shortcut?

 

Have you moved/changed your desktop's target storage device?

Your desktop shortcuts are gone?

Right click your desktop>View>Show Desktop Icons

 

If nothing,

 

In steam just right click and create desktop shortcut and for other programs find the exe file and right click it>Send to>Desktop

Do you have multiple monitors? May be possible that its on the other monitor(s)
