Don't get a 950. Please.

 

Go for the 1050 TI or RX 470. Should still be within your budget.

 

Otherwise drop your CPU down to the i5 6600K and buy an RX 480.

 

I also recommend an SSD. Sandisk Ultra II or the Crucial MX300 are very solid choices for budget drives.

I suggest just an i5 6600 without the k because it doesn't look like your going to be overclocking

I'd go with EVGA, as their customer support is second to none.

 

If you go with the RX 470 or 480, Sapphire and MSI are the best choices.

What do you plan on doing on this computer? Why are you going for an i7 with an underpowered gpu?

Future proof for what? Wouldn't get an underpowered gpu outdated your computer far faster than a i5 would?
