You should care to some extent. If you want to order your parts from the US market, it'll cost you shipping and import fees to get them over to Denmark.

Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, and Windows key? Are you alright with importing the parts from Germany?

If he's getting a k-series processor, than he might as well get a water cooler so he can do some overclocking.  He won't be able to do that much with an air cooler.

There are better $30 coolers than the Hyper 212 EVO. Most notably, the DeepCool Gammax 400. It was the editor's choice CPU cooler at Tom's Hardware-

http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/deepcool-gammaxx-400-slim-tower-cpu-cooler,4460.html

Also, no mass storage? That computer can have about six modern titles installed at once, and that's without accounting for other media storage.

I figured it would make more sense to import parts from a neighbouring country like Germany rather than the US. I don't know how the European Union works, but import fees should be less than what you'd pay to drag parts over from the US. I went with a monochrome theme. Also, there are some amazing deals on cases and power supplies in Germany. I managed to fit in a Cooler Master MasterBox 5 and an XFX Pro Series power supply.

You got it. However, @ShadySocks has a very good point. Zen is due in just a few months, and it's going to turn the market on its head. AMD will likely offer processors with power to rival Intel at unprecedentedly cheap price points. This will force Intel to drive down their prices too.

Yeah. The build I put together for you looks great and will perform excellently, but Zen is very likely to offer much better value at every price point. Wait if you can.

However, if you want to game now rather than wait a few months (and that is an understandable desire), then go ahead and order the parts. You'll get a great gaming PC either way.

Good choice! We'll also learn more about AMD's Vega GPUs by then, which is likely to do the same for the GPU market. They demoed a Vega GPU at the Ryzen event where it was shown running the Rogue One DLC for Battlefront at a locked 4k 60Hz.

So the only card that can do that right now is the GTX 1080, and it comes in at a truly obscene price of $600 for the very cheapest ones (although I think there's a Zotac AMP! 1080 on sale for $580 right now).

The GTX 1070, on the other hand, starts at around $400, with some variants as low as $380. The 1080 is 50% more expensive on average, but not nearly 50% faster, making it poor value. The GTX 1070 can't keep a locked 60FPS at 4k at most titles maxed out either.

If a Vega card comes along that can do that, it may be on par with or better than the 1080, and if AMD prices that right, it'll result in an enormous upset of the current GPU market.
