Pretty much, or an RX 480 would be fine. However, it also depends on the games that you play.

I have an i5-2320 and it doesn't bottleneck a 1050 Ti, to give a baseline. I would think the 1070 would be the max, not the 1060. You should be fine with either a 1060 or 1070. The best GPU for no bottleneck would be the 1050 Ti or 1060 in my opinion (for that build).
