so yet another question...cooling for the Xeon CPUs...yall think the standard dell heatsinks it comes with will be fine?

not on the high power xeons, get something like the h5 universal and you will be fine.

that poses another problem...size of the heatsink lol

 

there isn't much space in this thing >.<  if my rough mesurments are right I have about 4 inches of higth clearance, and 4 inches between the ram slots. the fan connectors are the dell version but that can be solved by adaptors
