Can't type an ë

No really i've tried I can't get it work. 

 

Normally you would do shift + " + e right? well it just turns out like this: "e

 

That's how i remember typing it before, and I have a razer black widow so no keypad forcing me to use the charmap or google it >.<

 

Some CTRL+Shift bussiness doesn't seem to be the problem either. It's annoying when I have to write something, in dutch the word ideas is "Ideeën" for example.

You could do alt + 0235

Alt 0235 that's how I get the ë in my WoW character's name!

On MS word it's Ctrl+shift+: [release all of them] e but that doesn't work in other programs. You have to use alt codes or character map for that AFAIK.

Weird because i always used to type it like that, word also doesn't work obviously I just can't use it anywhere.
