Outlook wont send to gmail?

outlook just said to him that it was denied by gmail-smtp-in.google.com!

any sugestions or is it google who blocks it for "Beeing a malicius" file?

Which email is he using in his Outlook program?  Is he using a Gmail account that has been added to Outlook, if so ask him to check to make sure he is using the correct IMAP/POP and SMTP settings.

He is what i call technicly dumb so he dosent know kappa -.-

OP asks for Help > provides little information > receives little to no help.

 

Please provide more information.

What are the settings your buddies Outlook has? What email address is he sending from? outlook, hotmail, gmail, or other?

Does your buddy have the ability (as in access) to change email setting? Does he have admin access?

Provide what you can.

He is using his jobs mail si its hisname@companyheworksfor.com

I didn't want his actual address ... :| 

But anyhow he needs to get with his companies IT and have them find out the issue and address it.

It is difficult to provide anymore of a solution/help without any info to go off of.
