Suggestions and Opinions on parts I picked

Therim

I'm planning to build a PC in like 3 months or so and I just wanted to know if you guys have any suggestions, tips or opinions because this is my very first build. First of all my budget is 6500TL which is roughly 1800 dollars but I can't say surely because dollar is been rising up crazy for a month. I was planning for a 1080 build but because of the the problem I stated, just 1080 became half of my budget price so I had to go for 1070. There's also crazy amount of taxes so if you look at the parts you may say "Hey these don't make 1800 they are way cheaper". Anyways here'S what I was planning

CPU: Intel Core I5 6500 (I may get 6600k depending on its price at that point)

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO

MOBO: Asus Z170-A

RAM: Kingston 16GB (2X8GB) HyperX Savage DDR4 2800 MHz CK14 1.2

PSU: Corsair RM750i

Storage: 120GB 750 EVO SSD + Western Digital Black 1TB

GPU: Gigabyte G1 Gaming GTX 1070

Case: Aerocool LS-5200

Monitor: LG 29UM68-p

Plans for Future: A 500GB Samsung SSD and another Gigabyte G1 1070 SLI

I also some things that I'm worried. First thing is will be there a clearance issue with the CPU Cooler and RAM Sticks? And do I need any more fans than the only one that comes with the case?

Thanks for reading

EDIT: Forgot to put monitor on the list so I added it

If you are getting the i5 6500 then go with any H110 or B150 motherboard, if you are getting the i5 6600K then stick with that Z170 motherboard you have already picked.

as I said, I'm planning to make SLI in the future getting a new MOBO would be pricey

2 1070's will only have a max draw of 300 watts, that leaves you 250 headroom for the rest of the components

Thank you for your info, I might consider a 600 watt PSU just to be sure :)

Everything. Light load for the PSU makes the fans stop spinning on the RM series. It simply does not need the cooling yet.

" GeForce GTX 1070 / 1080 SLI - On your average system the cards require you to have a 750~850 Watts power supply unit. "

Perhaps a Corsair unit is not the average PSU unit but idk.. should probably get a 850 if you wanna be safe with 2xGPU that costs the bucks.. I know im not saving on PSU.. Had a tricky dick PSU and odd things where happening.. So i got a Corsair RM series PSU and have not had any problems since. The Fan have yet to run when i have checked.. It probably spins, ive just not jumped down to look in the middle of some gaming session.

" If you are going to overclock your GPU or processor, then we do recommend you purchase something with some more stamina. And remember, a PSU is the most efficient at 50% load. So if you use 400 Watts on average (SLI), the most energy friendly powersupply would be an 800 Watt model. There are many good PSUs out there, please do have a look at our many PSU reviews as we have loads of recommended PSUs for you to check out in there. What could happen if your PSU can't cope with the load is: "

They highly over estimate that, if you look at the actual maximum power usage per card on the Nvidia site, its 150 watts for a 1070, but they recommend a 500 watt psu for a single card.

Not like its going to be a deafeningly loud sound is it? That would'n't be noticeable unless you were trying to listen for it.
