In that case search the google for the specific version you are looking for. Only download from sites you trust though.

Is it set to OC your card as soon as it launches and its got bad OC settings on it?

I would just try fully uninstalling it with (with REVO) and re-installing it.

Also, what GPU do you have? if its an old GPU then a newer version of afterburner wouldn't really have any benefit.

When in doubt, re-format.

I have NEVER overclocked my GPU and i have crossfire with 2x (VTX3D R9 290X)?
