Can anyone tell me their CPU usage with an i7 6700k or 4790k on bf1 64 player match? Also tell me the resolution as well please.

ive been looking at the benchmarks online and it looks like the CPU usage is really high for an i7 even, but I'm assuming the optimization has gotten better?

Just finished a game of Conquest.

I run a 7970 and a 4790k @stock boost of 4.4GHz. I play at 1080p on the High preset, and my FPS is always around 75. I never go below 60 FPS.

It seems the CPU usage for BF1 alone averages at 50%. Whole system is around 75% average. Screenshots below. First screenshot at the beginning of a Conquest game, second screenshot at the end. Don't mind the 44% average on the second one, I took it after the game ended, so the CPU usage was really low for a few seconds.

Damn dude. You ran your own benchmarks for me! Haha you're awesome! Thanks, that helps a lot. They must've improved the CPU usage since launch for sure.

I dunno if I would call it a conclusive benchmark. I don't have the best graphics card, and I only play on High rather than Ultra. Just throwing my name in the hat of helpfulness :) You're welcome! Also, the map I played was St. Quentin's Scar.

It's true that a higher end graphics card would push a bit harder on the CPU  but that card is no slouch. Wonder how my i7 6700k 1070 will do.

You'll get way higher FPS, and I wouldn't worry about any bottlenecking.
