GeForce Experience not Recording correctly with my Nvidia GTX GeForce 1070?

I have a problem with the GeForce Experience Streaming/Recording feature. I am running the Hello Neighbour Pre-Alpha, and my GPU is the Nvidia GTX GeForce 1070. When I Record to my HDD, the final mp4 file is glitchy and jumpy. Then I used XSplit Broadcaster and it worked perfectly. Does anybody know what the problem is, and if so is there any solutions?
