HELP! VCCIN over 3v on Intel Hashwell i3

Hello, i have a problem, i´ve an intel i3 4170 on an asus  H81A motherboard and according to the asus suite 3 i´ve 3.600v on VCCIN and its on red numbers, how is that possible?

8GB RAM

It's probably just ASUS' software being ASUS software.

Reboot into BIOS and see what it says there. BIOS management software that runs from within the OS is usually crap. If you really are at 3.6V, reset to defaults from within BIOS (F5).

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

I had done that, but if i do that the pc wont turn on, and give an error that says CPU overvoltaje, i dont know what to do, now my pc just shut down when i am gaming
