If you have the opportunity to get it for the same price I would take the Gigabyte card.

It's slightly better but here in germany it's also a bit more expensive - if the price is 20-30 pounds higher choose the cheaper card.

I have an inno3d 1060 itx and it runs decently cool and quiet but not gonna make a say which one is better as I've never used a gigabyte itx 1060 before.
