You should change the setting on the BIOS(on the memory tab) so it works on 2133mhz IF you're already putting a 2133mhz speed stick of ram, if you don't your 2133mhz RAM stick will run on 1866mhz.

However you should not force a 1866mhz stick to work on 2133mhz that will reduce its life span a lot while making the system likely to crashes.

hi friends my problem was that in the discription of msi 970 gaming  motherboard it say that memory standard 2133(OC),1866,1600,1333,1066. so my problem is that can i buy a 2133 speed ram or i need to overclock 1866 to 2133 plz help

Yes, when you build the PC you'll have to go on the BIOS and set overclock frequency there to 2133mhz it should then work fine with a 2133mhz stick, download CPU-Z to confirm afterwards.

That is the only con here, you'll have to go and set it manually since that "automatically" it'll work at 1866mhz if you put a 2133 stick without changing so on the BIOS

2133 isn't a DDR3 standard, they are all considered overclocks, memory advertising 2133 has been tested to support that overclock.

You can find DDR3 memory clocked in 2133mhz/2400mhz and 2666mhz however all these speeds aren't "Native" to the DDR3 structure meaning that your Motherboard is likely not to support it and if it does support it'll only be through the Overclocking process in the BIOS like I stated. The Native clock speed of DDR3 is 1333mhz 1600mhz  1866mhz.
