Depends on the manufacturer of the board, sometime they have applicaton that will let you do it in Windows, other times you have to copy a bios file to a flash drive and do it in BIOS

Your owners maual clearly shows how to update a bios. If not, you can easily Google the steps for it. As most boards are different.
