Just like with every report :P. If you don't fit the listed criteria then it's not going to happen, the reason I say report the PM is the request can get missed or delayed and it's actually better than including every mod/admin in the PM.

 

FYI if we get username change requests via PM we report them ourselves so you might as well skip the middle man.
