Brave Issue- Is this just me?

I use Brave (that browser that was created by the Mozilla co-founder, remember?) as a secondary browser. For some reason, today, this happens every single time I open it:

Is this just me? Or is this a bug that everyone experiences? If you do experience it, were you able to get rid of it? If so, how?
