Would more CPU cores or higher Ghz be better for building games in unity?

And if more cpu cores, would a dual socket server motherboard with like...10c/20t be beneficial

And if more Ghz, would something like overclocking a little dual core/quad core to anything to improve anything?

Would more ram be better? Or better GPU?

Most of all....what would be the best components for using unity and building a game?

You don't need that much system power to make games in unity. You mainly limited by what you can do.
