Tbh I would just buy the card you want and upgrade cpu and motherboard later. having a card bottleneck isn't the end of the world.

i agree...that CPU will pretty much choke any modern graphics card...i would look for a GTX 1050ti personally for the GPU, knowing you won't get the full potential out of it until you get a decently fast CPU
