userbenchmark ;)

im doing a work for college and i need some info about the AMD processors, both the mainstream edition and the server/workstation level processors, and some benchmarks of them, or at least a good site where i can see that info, thanks in advance.

You are asking like "need a list of good companies" there are tons of purposes and types for cpus

You want to compare CPUs against eachother? http://www.userbenchmark.com/ has a huge database of information towards a lot of processors from both AMD and Intel but like mentioned you should probably specify more what you have in mind.

Personal Desktop":

CPU: Intel Core i7 10700K @5ghz |~| Cooling: bq! i essencially need some benchmarks from different processors from AMD, overall performance, stock clockspeed, the amount of ram and speed they support...

i would need the APU Serie A10, Fx, Athlon, Sempron,  Opteron 4000 and the 6000

You can't compare performance between processors with cpubenchmark.net : http://cpubenchmark.net/cpu_list.php

It's not perfect, the Passmark cpu score is not a perfect representation of a cpu's performance, you don't get separate values for single thread performance or multi thread performance for example .. but overall it's a good starting point, it's decent table.

how about you do your college work yourself? ;)

that said, there's so many different sides to performance that it's nearly impossible to make a comparison as generic as you're asking for, if anything userbenchmark is probably gonna be your best bet, although their numbers for the more excentric processors will most likely be rather disappointing.

userbenchmark isn't as shit as the rest of them, for a list just check AMD's site

amd's website is pretty useless though, its normally crap like this cpu is 20% in these particular games than this cpu (intel do it too, so im not flaming/fanboying

intel's ark is amazing for comparing the bare metal tho, and as far as i know amd doesnt have a similar system

i essencially need to show their overall performance, as long as its relatively close to the real thing thats enough
