Modem Router for gaming

Just recently moved and need new hardware. Was looking into a 2 in 1 modem router. Was doing a little research but couldn't find much other than for gaming(my primary use) I should stick with a separate modem and router. So with that being said what kind of modem and what kind of router should I pick up? Prefer something on the higher end of cheaper but nothing super cheap.

Don't do it.  The "All-in-one" units are the worst option you can possibly imagine.

 

Whats your ISP and what is the service that you pay for?

Yea, its a BIT expensive... but man oh man... Its going to be exactly what you'd want to have out of a gaming network.
