i7 6800k idle temps

Hi, i just assemled a new PC with a strix x99, an i7 6800k and 32 gigs of gskill trident z RAM. I have a custom ek WC with a 240 rad for my CPU but my idle temps sits at 38 c. Isn't it too hight?

To apply the XMP profile of my RAM my motherboard sets the max core clock of my CPU at 38 but i cecked the multiplier and it still stays low when i'm doing nothing... Any suggestion?

38 is not high at all. Mine sitting at 32-35

Thanks for the reply, before I had an i5 3570k and It was sitting at 30/high 20's,

I am habituate with that.
